Should power issues arise, we commit to resolving them promptly. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.<\/li><li><strong>SLA Amendments<\/strong><br \/>We reserve the right to amend this SLA by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended SLA.<\/li><li><strong>Agreement Integration<\/strong><br \/>This SLA is part of your agreement for the purchase and use of the service.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3be177f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3be177f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Server Termination<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e4eb776 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e4eb776\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li><strong>Discontinuation by Customer<\/strong><br \/>If you choose to discontinue the service, your server will be terminated within 24 hours of your request.<\/li><li><strong>Expiration<\/strong><br \/>If you cancel the service after your subscription expires, your server will be terminated within 24 hours of the expiration date.<\/li><li><strong>Non-Renewal<\/strong><br \/>Failure to renew the subscription will result in server termination within 24 hours of the expiration date.<\/li><li><strong>Violation of Terms<\/strong><br \/>Violation of our terms of service will result in immediate account suspension and termination.<\/li><li><strong>Potential Fraud<\/strong><br \/>Our anti-fraud system may trigger account suspension and termination if verification fails.<\/li><li><strong>Dispute or Chargeback<\/strong><br \/>Unresolved disputes or chargebacks will result in server termination after a 7-day resolution period.<br \/><strong>Note<\/strong>: Maintain a backup copy of your server to avoid data loss upon termination.
