Are bare metal and dedicated servers the same?
For our listed plans, both describe a physical machine allocated to one customer. You control the server’s resources and software environment, with hardware choices based on your workload.
Does unmetered bandwidth include unlimited connection speed?
No. Our unmetered plans operate at an agreed connection rate. A 1Gbps service remains limited to that rate, even though it does not have a fixed monthly transfer allowance.
Is a 100TB plan different from an unmetered plan?
Yes. Our 100TB plan includes a stated monthly data allowance. An unmetered plan uses an agreed connection rate without that fixed allowance. The port speed and billing terms should be compared separately.
Is the advertised connection dedicated to my server?
Our 10Gbps unmetered offer lists an unshared port. We can confirm the connection allocation for other configurations before ordering. Transfer speeds also depend on the destination and intervening network.
Can I upgrade from 1Gbps to 10Gbps or request 20Gbps?
Contact us with your current configuration and required capacity. We’ll check available options, costs, and any hardware changes. Custom 20Gbps requests go through our sales team for a configuration review and quote.
Can I install my own operating system and access a remote console?
Our standard plans list root access, KVM access, and custom ISO support. Share your preferred operating system so we can check compatibility and licensing requirements before deployment.
Are server management and backups included?
We can review OS maintenance, application administration, and backup requirements with you before ordering. Coverage depends on your agreed service scope; ask us to identify any separately priced services.
Does my selected plan include DDoS protection and an uptime SLA?
