Welcome to Atal Networks. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking the order button or placing an order for our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions for the Service as set out at https://www.atalnetworks.com/terms-and-conditions. By completing and submitting the Order Form, you make an offer to us for the Services, which, if accepted by us, will constitute a binding contract.

2. Interpretation

In these Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

  • Agreement means the contract formed by the acceptance of the Order Form (subject to these Conditions) by the Provider.
  • Business Day means a day other than Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays when banks generally are open for non-automated business.
  • Commencement Date means the date specified as the commencement date on the Order Form.
  • Competent Authority means any person having regulatory or supervisory authority over any part of the business of either party or a User (as applicable), including any court of competent jurisdiction.
  • Conditions means these terms and conditions as amended from time to time by the Provider.
  • Data means the information input by the User via the Service submitted by the User to the Provider.
  • Fees means the fees payable by the User for the Services as set out in the Order Form.
  • Force Majeure Event means any event beyond the reasonable control of either party, including but not limited to war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, natural disasters, and failures of supply or equipment.
  • Good Industry Practice means the exercise of that degree of care and skill which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced person engaged in the same type of undertaking under similar circumstances.
  • Initial Period means the initial period set out on the Order Form;
    Intellectual Property Rights means all intellectual property rights including but not limited to copyright, patents, trademarks, trade names, design rights, and database rights.
  • Order Form means the online order form for the Services set out at https://www.atalnetworks.com/cart to be completed and submitted by the User.
  • Party means either the Provider or the User, and Parties means both the Provider and the User.
  • Provider means Atal Networks whose registered office is at [your address];
    Service means the service provided by the Provider to the User as set out in the Order Form.
  • Term means the period from the Commencement Date until terminated under these Conditions.
  • User means the customer identified on an Order Form submitted to the Provider.
  • Website means the website of the Supplier, the URL which is: https://www.atalnetworks.com/.

 

3. Services

Subject to the User’s payment of the Fees, the User is granted the right to use the Service in accordance with these Conditions. The Provider may modify the Service from time to time.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Billing In consideration of the Services, the User shall pay the Fees in advance of the provision of the Services unless the Provider decides otherwise.
  • Payment Methods Payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice and within the time frame specified.
  • Late Payments The Provider reserves the right to suspend the Service if the User fails to pay the invoice on time.
  • VAT Fees are exclusive of VAT. The User is responsible for paying any VAT in addition to the Fees.

5. Term and Termination

  • Term
    The Agreement commences on the Commencement Date and continues until terminated as set out in these Conditions.
  • ermination by User
    The User may terminate the Agreement by giving at least 30 days’ written notice.
  • Termination by Provider
    The Provider may terminate the Agreement immediately if the User breaches any of these Conditions.
  • Data Retention
    Upon termination, the User’s data will be deleted from the Provider’s servers. It is the User’s responsibility to back up their data before termination.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership
    All Intellectual Property Rights in the Services are owned by the Provider. The User acknowledges that they do not acquire any rights in the Services.
  • Use of Data
    The User retains all rights to the Data they submit. The Provider may use such Data only as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Warranties and Liabilities

  • No Warranty
    The Provider provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall the Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of the User’s use of the Service or violation of these Conditions.

9. Confidentiality

Each Party agrees to keep confidential all information relating to the other Party’s business. This obligation continues after the termination of the Agreement.

10. Force Majeure

Neither Party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Conditions due to a Force Majeure Event.

11. Governing Law

These Conditions and any Agreement are governed by the law of [your jurisdiction].

12. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Conditions by posting an updated version on the Website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended Conditions.
